About me

Psychologist. Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (in training).
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Polish Studies at the University of Michigan, USA. Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Neuropsychology at the University of Warsaw, Poland. Currently attending postgraduate studies in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy  in Warsaw, Poland.
Active member of the Polish Society for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (PTTPB).
In my clinical experience I have had the opportunity to work with clients experiencing a wide spectrum of issues including depression, anxiety, phobias, personality disorders, low self-esteem, grief, and much more. First and foremost, I focus on approaching each individual with empathy, respect, and understanding while applying techniques derived from CBT and Schema Therapy. My work is regularly evaluated by a supervisor, and I pride myself on studying the latest scientific data to learn what methods are most helpful for clients.
In my free time I enjoy reading books, listening to true crime podcasts, exercising, and playing guitar. I’m also currently working on a few scientific articles centered around mindfulness and behavioral addictions.
Consultations available in English and Polish.
